Refund policy

At Hevao, we want every hair trimmer you purchase to fully meet your expectations and deliver reliable performance and comfort. If the product does not suit your grooming preferences, that’s no problem — our return process is simple and easy, so you can shop with confidence.

You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept both defective and non-defective products, as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

To start a return, please email us at contact@hevao.com and include your order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Exchanges are also available. If you would like a different model or replacement, simply mention this when contacting us. We’ll be happy to help you find the right option.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require a few additional days to complete the transaction.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@hevao.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will quickly arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
